before we talk
It depends on what you need. We don't have a single price list because a one-off project and an ongoing engagement aren't the same animal. Tell us what you're after in your first message and we'll come back with a real number, not a vague range.
No. We'd rather you start small and decide for yourself if it's worth continuing. Some clients stay with us for years, some hire us for a single project and never need us again. Both are fine.
The first conversation is free. It's usually a 15-minute call where you tell us what you're trying to do and we tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it.
Easiest way is to ask. Have a look at our services, see what jumps out, and bring it up on the call. If your project looks nothing like anything we've done, that's worth knowing too. We'd rather pass on a job than take one we'd do badly.
Our own team. We don't farm projects out to third parties without telling you. If we ever bring in a specialist for something specific, you'll know who they are and why they're involved.
That's fine, and it's pretty common. A lot of people come to us with a problem rather than a brief. The first call is partly about turning the fuzzy thing into something concrete enough to quote.
