What we collect
When you contact Izmi, request an audit or book a call, we receive the details you provide. These can include your name, email address, company website, message, booking information and basic referral or campaign information.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, deliver an audit, maintain our business records and understand which parts of the website lead to genuine enquiries. Our usual legal basis is legitimate interests or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who processes it
We use service providers only where needed to run the website and respond to enquiries. These can include Cloudflare for hosting, Calendly for bookings, and our configured email or CRM provider for form delivery. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for the conversation, a resulting engagement, legal obligations or ordinary business records. We remove information that is no longer needed.
Cookies and external services
The core site does not need advertising cookies. The Calendly booking frame is loaded only when it reaches the visible page and may set its own cookies or collect technical information under Calendly’s privacy terms.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider and applicable data-protection agreements.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Email hello@izmi.ai with the subject “Privacy request”.
